Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Care Network are committed to you. That’s why we’re offering all eligible* members identity protection services through AllClear ID. The following two services are available to you as long as you remain eligible and you won’t be charged:
AllClear Secure identity repair
You and your dependents have AllClear Secure identity repair available to you. This service comes with eligible Blue Cross or BCN medical coverage. If you become a victim of identity theft, call AllClear ID at 1-855-904-5742 and a dedicated investigator will help you recover financial losses, restore your credit and return your identity to its prefraud state.
AllClear Pro credit monitoring
If you want to add more protection, simply enroll in AllClear Pro credit monitoring. This service offers additional layers of protection, including credit monitoring, a $1M identity theft insurance policy and ChildScan services for minors. You are eligible for these services if your primary medical coverage is with:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan
- Blue Care Network
- MyBlue℠ Medigap
You are not eligible for these services if you have:
- Dental, vision, life or long-term care insurance without also having one of the three medical plans listed above
- Medicare Advantage coverage
- Federal Employee Program coverage
- A Medigap plan other than MyBlue Medigap

- Print a copy or take a screenshot of this page for your records. This confirmation page will serve as proof of having requested additional protection.
- Look for a confirmation email with a redemption code from firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours.
- If you use a spam filter, ensure email@example.com is permitted to send you email.
- Make sure to check your junk email folder just in case the confirmation email is delivered there instead of your inbox.
